Our Story
We’re Lauren and Greg, the couple behind your charcuterie dreams. Based in the beautiful Waikato, we’ve blended our skills (and love for good food) to create a business that celebrates connection, creativity, and seriously delicious grazing.
Lauren is the face you’ll see at your event—the heart and hands behind the food. Originally from England, she grew up surrounded by weddings and events, growing up in a large pub, then working with one of the UK’s top event caterers. That early experience sparked a lifelong passion, and now she brings that same eye for detail and love for hospitality to every graze we create. From preparing your spread to chatting with you at wedding fairs, running our socials, and everything in between—Lauren is your go-to gal.
Greg, on the other hand, keeps things running smoothly in the background. Born and raised in Tauranga, he’s our logistics guy, financial planner, and all-around fixer—the unsung hero of our business. While we call his role “the boring stuff,” we definitely couldn’t do it without him. He’s also our in-house taste tester (and a very enthusiastic one at that).
